Radatti foods believes that instead of changing people to desire beneficial foods we should change the desired foods to be beneficial high quality foods. We do this by blending multiple dietary fibers until we arrive at something that is delicious and healthy.

Our cake mix is naturally very high fiber, zero effective carbohydrates, no calories (pre egg, butter/oil) totally grain free, nightshade free, soy free, starch free, does not irritate the body like many gluten free products, sugar free, diabetic friendly, good for weight control and normalizing bowel movement while feeding the microbiome. Can be made vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo.

We use all natural sweeteners which are almost calorie free and sugar free. Does not contain dextrose (table sugar), Fructose or High Fructose Corn Syrup. We use Erythritol and Monk Fruit. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol naturally found in some fruits and has been used in foods since 1848. Erythritol is 0.2 kilocalories per gram, 95% less than sugar. Erythritol doesn’t spike blood sugar or insulin levels and has no effect on blood lipids like cholesterol or triglycerides. Monk Fruit is also called Luo Han Guo. It is very sweet, will not raise blood sugar levels has no effective calories, no known side effects and is approved by the US Food and Drug Administration as generally recognized as safe (GRAS). Our unique combination of these two natural sweeteners tastes more like sugar then anything else we can find.
