Recipe for Radatti Keto Lite Rolls
These soft, slightly chewy rolls make
perfect burger or hotdog buns.
• 25 oz Eggs (about 12-13 large eggs)
• 4.5 oz Water
• 1.0 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
• 5.0 oz Sunflower-Coconut oil
• 1 Bag Radatti Brown Rolls Mix
• 2.5 Tablespoons Baking powder
• 1.5 Teaspoon Salt
Beat the egg, water, lemon, and oil
together for five minutes until thoroughly
frothy. Set aside. Mix together the Radatti
Rolls Mix, Baking powder, and Salt. Work
the flour mixture into the egg mixture until
it forms a dough. Form into 24 balls and
place in greased silicone muffin molds. Let
the batter rise overnight in the refrigerator.
Bake 350F for 34 minutes. Cool the buns
on a rack before slicing in half, horizontally.
Yield: Makes 24 small 2.5″ diameter rolls.
Alternate oils may be used if desired. For
example Sunflower oil tastes and looks lighter
and Toasted Sesame oil tastes stronger
and looks darker.
