Recipe for Radatti Cake

Preheat oven to 340 F

Beat until fluffy peaks form:
• 1 package cake mix
• 18 ounces eggs, about 9 Large eggs

Add and beat until thick:
• 2 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3.38 oz vanilla
• 3.375 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 1/4 oz water
• 5.6 oz ghee (clarified butter)

Spray nonstick 9″ square pan with oil.
Bake at 340 F for 35 minutes or until
cake tester comes out clean. Your oven
and altitude may require changes.

Variants: Add 1 Cup of diced or small fruit,
such as blueberries, just before baking,
for a muffin taste sensation.
